About Dr. Valbuena

I am a bilingual and bicultural licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families from a variety of cultural backgrounds. I take an active role in my work with patients using cognitive-behavioral and family systems techniques in a supportive and compassionate environment.

I am a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I completed an internship in professional psychology at Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
